AGE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age to attend is 16. You must provide parental consent on our liability waiver.

We accept all major credit cards and gift cards. We do not accept cash
PARKING
Parking & Entrance: Defined Pilates is located on the Ground Floor of the Landmark Building. There is free parking available in the parking lot. Our main entrance is on the left exterior of the building facing Washington Rd.
LOCKERS
We have lockers that allow clients to safely secure their personal items during class. We also have a separate restroom available in the hallway.
LATE POLICY
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set yourself up for success. In order to respect our clients time and safety, there will be no late admission to class. Door will be closed once class starts.
ATTIRE & CLASS ESSENTIALS
We suggest wearing fitted, comfortable clothing so instructors can effectively see and correct your form during class. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene — we offer premium options for purchase in-studio.
If you’re taking a mat Pilates class, please bring your own mat. A sweat towel and water are always encouraged for class. These items are not provided, so please come prepared. There are mats available for rent and water available for purchase.

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please visit our class schedule for updates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Defined has a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation can be made through our app or website. If you cancel before the 12 hour window, there is no penalty and any eligible credits will return to your account. If you cancel within the 12 hour window or do not show up for your reservation, you will forfeit the credit and be charged a fee of $20. Prima members – You receive 1 free late cancel per 30 days. Please make sure you contact the studio before the start of class if you would like to use your free late cancel. Private clients who cancel within a 12 hour period will forfeit the session credit and be charged a late cancellation fee.
WAITLIST
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Our system will automatically add you to the class once a spot opens up. The waitlist moves fast. If you are on the waitlist and are no longer able to attend class, please remove yourself as soon as possible. If you are added from the waitlist and do not attend class, you will be considered a ‘no-show’ and standard cancellation policies will apply.
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
We do not offer freezes or suspensions for membership. If you choose to cancel your membership, send notice to manager@definedpilates.com at least 30 days prior. Please note that our membership are multi-month commitments, the entirety of the term must be fulfilled or an additional cancellation fee will be incurred [Prima unlimited- $200 cancellation fee]. If you have a Founding Membership, you will no longer have access to the Founding Rate if you choose to cancel and rejoin at a later date.
INJURIES
It is the responsibility of the client to notify the instructor of any ailments or injuries that apply. While we do our best to accommodate injuries, we are not medical professionals. Our instructors reserve the right to restrict a client from taking particular class formats if it might impact their safety.
RETURN POLICY
All services sales are final. Retail purchases can be returned back to the original payment method within 7 days of purchase if the item is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with original hang tags. After 7 days retail purchases can only be returned for equal exchange or a credit on account.
LOST PROPERTY
Defined Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe you leave something behind, please call or email us as soon as possible so we can try to locate the item.
PHONE POLICY
You are welcome to take photos before or after class, but phone use is prohibited during the 50 minute session. If you need to check your phone in case of an emergency, please inform the instructor before class starts.
DISCRIMINATION
The safety of our staff and clients is our number one priority. Defined Pilates has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment. Any allegations of discrimination or harassment will be investigated and addressed immediately by our management team.
