Defined Forte

Our strength-focused class. Designed for intermediate to advanced clients ready to push their limits, Defined Forte+ is a full-body fix that amps up your strength and power. We’ll utilize heavier springs and incorporate various props like resistance bands, weights, and more to target specific muscle groups and build exceptional strength. Defined Mat
All Levels
Our Signature Mat class is a fun & energetic pilates inspired class that blends core strengthening movements with smooth transitions. Strength training exercises using a variety of weights, ball and resistance bands will be utilized. With careful attention to form and technique, this class is designed to meticulously sculpt and tone the entire body with deep muscular burn and minimal impact on the joints.
Defined Rebound

Our Defined Method Rebound and Sculpt offers strategically curated rebounder cardio sequences combined with strength sets for a full- body experience. Enjoy our musically driven, effective and fun workout while engaging every muscle in your body with zero impact and maximum benefit.
Rebounding is also great for the lymphatic system.
